Departure for the restaurant in Courry.
Lunch: Lunch at the restaurant "Les Chênes". A pantagruelian meal... Homemade local cuisine. In the heart of the Cévennes countryside.
Menu: Cooked bread and head cheese terrine and pâté terrine. Duck mousse and salad. Hot sausage and curd, hot blood sausage, crayfish. Chestnut liqueur. Leg of lamb and beef kidney, potatoes with onion. Cheese. Ardèche cut. Aperitif, unlimited wine, coffee.
Afternoon: Digestive walk around the restaurant.
Around 3:30pm: Departure for Martigues.
