The school of hard knocks takes you to the coast of La Couronne Vieille to discover the wild flora nurtured by the sea spray.
Between the beach and the beach huts: edible and invasive cacti thriving on the wild, beautiful poisonous plants, or thorny medicinal herbs, the seaside offers a surprisingly diverse flora. We'll learn to identify them calmly, magnifying glass in hand, to gain confidence. You'll discover a fascinating world at your fingertips, rich in stories, scents, and properties.
These little wildflowers will delight foragers and gourmets alike!
The walk is led by Pauline Seguin, a herbalist and graduate of the Paris School of Plants, passionate about ethnobotany.
Remember to bring a small notebook, plenty of water, and a hat.
