- To boost small-scale farming in the Vallon de Saint-Pierre, Saint-Julien-les-Martigues and surrounding areas.
- Farming that is sustainably based on respect for people, the environment and the preservation of the social fabric.
- The association is committed to supporting local production, processing, sales and consumption.
