Under the leadership of Lola, a brewing enthusiast who brilliantly revives her brand, this beer embodies the perfect marriage between ancestral know-how and contemporary creativity.
Patrick, originally from Belgium and with a hotel background, has left his mark on the world of wine as a sommelier and knowledgeable wine enthusiast. However, his return to his roots brought him back to something obvious: beer, this ancestral and convivial drink, is his true calling.
In this micro-brewery, craftsmanship is king. Lola and Patrick favor a 100% artisanal approach, rigorously selecting quality ingredients, often from organic farming.
“Since 2019, we have undertaken this brewing journey, from the first experiments in our domestic brewery to the inauguration of our brewing space in Carry le Rouet, to finally place our vats on the Island in Martigues.”
