Route 3 to Martigues
- 2:22 p.m.: TER departures from Marseille St-Charles, Martigues, Port-de-Bouc, and Istres toward Etang de l'Olivier.
- 3:50 p.m.: Refreshments
- 4 p.m.: A Grand Story (First Steps) AYAGHMA Company
Conceived by Nacim Battou, this stage of his upcoming opus, A Grand Story, will be presented by three or four dancers from the Ayaghma company, as an attempt to dive into the heart of "an initiatory journey, an attempt to embody, through the body, our great stories and our small, intimate stories."
Associate choreographer for two years at the Maison de la Danse d'Istres, Nacim Battou has created a brigade of around twenty young artists aged 15 to 20, from a background combining contemporary dance, circus, theater, and hip hop, called Le Ø Collectif. This troupe of promising dancers will accompany him with their passion and commitment and offer a site-specific performance.
- 5 p.m.: Departure by bus to the Théâtre des Salins
- 6 p.m.: Cocktail reception on the Terrasse des Salins
- 7 p.m.: The Banquet of Wonders - Sylvain Groud
The curtain rises on a gray world, kneaded with ashes, inhabited by contorted forms trampled by an indifferent crowd. This vision plunges us into the unspeakable: in the face of this chaos, how can we rediscover our empathy, our sense of sharing, our capacity for wonder?
By giving voice to those who are ignored, Sylvain Groud liberates this hidden part of ourselves, eager to shine. Dancers and musicians will, each in their own way, dismantle what was predetermined by the sweat of their artistic gesture, inviting us to create this Banquet of Wonders together, where utopia becomes possible.
