Presentation
An evening under the stars at the Aïoli Caganis farm in Martigues, centered on raising awareness and sharing. Enjoy a country-style dinner followed by an open-air film screening.
Aïoli Caganis Farm is the perfect place to treat yourself while supporting environmentally friendly agriculture. Enjoy a unique experience at a farm unlike any other, located in the agricultural plains of Saint-Pierre-les-Martigues.
The program for this special evening includes:
- 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: A friendly, rustic aperitif featuring local, seasonal flavors—such as vegetables, *panisses* (chickpea fritters), zucchini fritters, and *anchoïade*—accompanied by wine and a surprise cocktail made with the farm's own fruit.
- 7:30 PM: A sit-down meal consisting of a starter, a main course with sides, a homemade dessert, and coffee.
- 9:00 PM: An open-air, big-screen screening of the documentary film *Coincé ? Coup de chaud dans les calanques* ("Stuck? A Heatwave in the Calanques") by Sacha Bollet.
- 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Discussion and Q&A with filmmaker Sacha Bollet, followed by a roundtable on how local agriculture is adapting to climate change. The session will feature insights from committed market gardeners and the participation of Jeff Mauffrey (lecturer and researcher in ecology) and Fabrice Bernard (International and Sponsorship Director at the *Conservatoire du Littoral*).
