Presentation

Come and enjoy an exceptional, gourmet, and socially conscious experience under the stars at a permaculture farm in Martigues. In partnership with the Aïoli Caganis farm, this unique evening combines sensory delight, collective reflection, and respect for nature.

The evening begins with a welcome drink and an appetizer. Next comes the dinner—featuring a starter, a delicious main course with sides, and dessert—served in a friendly atmosphere right amidst the permaculture crops.

As night falls, settle in for an open-air screening of the film *Coincé ? Coup de chaud dans les Calanques* (Trapped? A Heatwave in the Calanques) by Sacha Bollet. A persistent heatwave is striking the French Mediterranean coast, particularly the Calanques area between Marseille and Cassis. Some species are withstanding these extreme temperatures thanks to unexpected adaptability. This documentary chronicles the struggle for survival of these trapped creatures and reveals how a new balance of life is emerging.

Extend the evening with a social gathering (featuring petit fours, coffee, and tea) before attending a roundtable discussion: "How can local agriculture adapt to climate change?"

To debate this topic, committed market gardeners will share their perspectives alongside filmmaker Sacha Bollet, researcher-lecturer Jean-François Mauffrey, Fabrice Bernard (European and International Delegate for the *Conservatoire du Littoral*), and farmers Vincent Poncet and Christophe Lopez.

In partnership with the Aïoli Caganis farm.
