In 2023, it is the third edition in Martigues of the international festival of creative music "Vagues Sonores".
Free shows at the Site Pablo Picasso, the Médiathèque Aragon and the cinema La Cascade.

The festival strengthens the links between contemporary music, its actors and the inhabitants.
- Wednesday 5 April at 6 pm, amphitheatre of the Pablo Picasso site: "Il quaderno di Hélène".
Chamber opera by Luigi Esposito. For piano, voice, recorded sounds.
Electronic sounds, pictography, video and stage actions.
Pianist / Performer: Hélène Pereira.
Duration: about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Thursday 6 April, at the Site Pablo Picasso (Eclipse room): Meeting of the actors of musical creation + concert by the Yin ensemble.
. From 9.30 am to 12 noon - Meeting of the actors of contemporary musical creation.
. 12pm - Concert by the Yin ensemble.
- Saturday 8 April at 6pm, Médiathèque Louis Aragon: Family show "Traverser la rivière en marchant sur les rochers".
Conceived by the flutist / performer of Taiwanese origin, Shao-Wei Chou.
Paul Masson, video installation and improvisation in electronic device. Yu-Chiao Yang, voice and story arrangement.
- Tuesday 11 April at 8pm, La Cascade cinema: Polycordes Trio + film "Places".
The plucked string trio: Florentino Calvo, mandolin - Chloé Ducray, harp - Jean-Marc Zvellenreuther, guitar.
Concert preceded by the short film "Places - la mémoire de l'instant" by Philippe Festou.
- Wednesday 12 April at 7 pm, at the Pablo Picasso site (Eclipse room): Concert by the students of the Percussion class and the improvisation workshop.
- Wednesday 5 April at 6 pm, amphitheatre of the Pablo Picasso site: "Il quaderno di Hélène".
