Presentation

This season, the Double company returns twice! After Histoire(s) de France last season, we reunite with the duo Arthur and Ibrahim a year earlier, in the first part of the trilogy.
Arthur and Ibrahim are friends. Why? How? That's not the point. They're just buddies! So, when Ibrahim's father asks him to distance himself on the pretext that his friend isn't Arab, the two accomplices see only one solution: Arthur will become Arab! With all the seriousness of childhood, perched on their scooters, the two boys embark on an initiatory journey strewn with questions about prejudice, communitarianism, and the suffering of those who are no longer from there and not really from here. Amine Adjina's writing is still as lively as ever, full of humor and tenderness, like a youth who, in a world torn by identity crises, chooses friendship to build themselves. A funny, generous, and necessary show about brotherhood and respect for difference.
