Eric and Christophe welcome you to Oaï in Martigues! This wine bar located on the Cours offers panisses, charcuterie boards, gourmet coffee...
To accompany drinks, opt for a plate of panisses, an oven-baked camembert with herbs, a pan con tomate, a duo of tapenade with raw vegetables... But also, a charcuterie/cheese/mixed or truffled board, a plate Iberian, a sausage to share, half a leg of bottarga or even a gourmet coffee.
The Oaï team promotes the use of products from short circuits.
The vegetables, herbs and jams that accompany the boards come from Aïoli Caganis (agroecological farm in Saint-Pierre-les-Martigues).
The cheeses and cold meats come from L'Arche des Fromages also located on the Cours.
The pastries that make up the gourmet coffee, the orange blossom or rosemary shuttles come from the artisan boutique “Les Perles de l’Etang”.
Some of their “Plaisir” wines offered on the menu (red 2021, white, rosé 2022) come from the Château de la Coste estate or even Château Calissanne, Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence AOP.
The Oaï exhibits local artists and offers themed show and music evenings.
