Thierry Seren is a farmer-baker in Saint-Julien les Martigues.
All the breads it offers come from organic farming (certifying body FR-BIO-15).
The wheats used to make the flours are mostly or even totally for some, population wheats (old varieties of wheat) and are grown locally 5 km from their point of sale (Pays Martégal)
The flours are called "millstone", that is to say produced by a stone millstone.
