Immerse yourself in the heart of nature by trying Nordic walking, a dynamic activity that combines brisk walking and the use of poles specially designed for a complete body workout.
After an introduction, walk along La Couronne beach to discover its exceptional landscapes. A moment of relaxation in the open air which allows you to enjoy the benefits of sport without straining.

Practice suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. And what's more, the poles are provided.
