But what unforgettable experiences to learn the secret of making these sweets, to be initiated into the world of Provençal aperitifs, to visit the French vineyards of the SOUTH region, to know the ancient history of olive oil mills or to follow a course of Mediterranean cooking!

PROVENCE TASTING TOUR (3 days / 2 nights):
This trip connects the Dentelles de Montmirail to the Mediterranean. It is an immersion in the landscapes and the scents of wine and olive growing domains. It also includes visits to companies that produce chocolates, calissons and pastis. The meetings with those who have the know-how and recipes are opportunities for exchanges and tastings.
City tours punctuate the days and leave time to stroll and enjoy the good restaurants of Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
After a day in the Vaucluse, this trip will take you through the Bouches-du-Rhône.

- Vaucluse:
Visit the Domaine de Longue Toque -Gabriel Meffre in Gigondas. Then the Castelain chocolate factory in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Lunch break, afternoon and night in Avignon.

- Moulin du Calanquet (Saint Rémy de Provence):
In Saint-Rémy de Provence, Anne and Gilles Brun, brother and sister, opened an oil mill in 2000. Coming from a family of farmers in Saint-Rémy for five generations, descendants of the branch of the poet Frederic Mistral, they have replanted various traditional varieties: Grossane, Picholine, Aglandau, Salonenque, Verdale des Bouches-du-Rhône. If the oils are monovarietal, then the flavors of each are sublimated. As for the oils of assembly of the Mill of Calanquet, they release a powerful aromatic complex. It is this approach that the Brun family proposes for a visit of its mill and a tasting of its products.
(Optional: Crossing of the Alpilles Regional Natural Park)

- The calissons factory - Confiserie du Roy René (Aix en Provence):
In Aix-en-Provence, the Confiserie du Roy René is the temple of the calisson. A strong component of the city's heritage, the calisson dates back to the time of King René, in the 15th century. Legend has it that the King's confectioner made this delicacy to delight Queen Jeanne on her wedding day. She named these delicacies "di calin soun" ("calins" in Provencal). The visit of the Calisson Museum focuses on the raw materials used. The Roy René factory is surrounded by three hectares of almond trees.
Its visit highlights the history and know-how associated. And each visitor is invited to make his own batch of small calissons, before the tasting.

- Aix en Provence:
Lunch in Aix-en-Provence can be followed by a visit to an exhibition, a moment in Cézanne's studio or simply a break on the terrace of a café to enjoy Provencal life.

- Domaine Terre de Mistral (Rousset):
In the Sainte-Victoire terroir, in Rousset, Domaine viticole et oléicole Terre de Mistral was created in 2008 and won the National Wine Tourism Award in 2013. The Mistral Attitude is defined by a love of the profession of winegrower and olive grower and a search for sharing. The guided tour of the wine cellar and the oil mill, and the tasting of the products have been designed in a playful way: aroma recognition, blind tasting...

- The Old Port (Marseille)
Dinner on the old port and night in Marseille.

- Cristal Liminana (Marseille):
At aperitif time, the visit of the Cristal Limiñana company is dedicated to aniseed-flavored aperitifs and other Marseille drinks. The guided tour begins in the store with the discovery of the many colorful labels, passes through the vat room, and ends with the bottling and palletization. The Mediterranean epic of the Limiñana family, which left Spain for Algiers and then settled in Marseille, is told most often by the great-granddaughter of the founder. Today, all the products are 100% French.

- Port des Goudes (Marseille):
Plan a bouillabaisse at the Esplai du Grand Bar des Goudes for lunch before heading to Cassis and its creeks.
