The modernity of the new structure also lies in the use of construction materials, meeting sustainable development standards, such as the treatment of water (with ozone, more efficient and more economical than chlorine) and air. , and photovoltaic panels to heat the water (hot water production is ensured by 450 m² of photovoltaic panels and solar collectors installed on the roof).
