This walk allows you to discover the beautiful wild areas of sansouires and lagoons in the heart of the National Reserve of Camargue.
You can see on this path birds of the sea and of brackish environments: gulls, terns, gulls, flamingos, ducks, herons, waders.
In the good season (April to October), the best observations are made at the beginning and end of the day.

Easy access to the sea: southbound from the parking lot, or 2 km after the Gacholle lighthouse.

The seawall (strictly forbidden to motorized vehicles), allows access to 20 km of pedestrian and cycling paths from the Comtesse parking lot. It is freely accessible every day of the year.
Please note that the use of the dunes is strictly forbidden, even on foot.
