Presentation
Starting from the city centre of Martigues, alternate between greenway and road towards the Côte Bleue for 13km by bike.
Take the greenway from the Martigues drawbridge towards Martigues train station (Lavéra).
You'll then enter the Martigues countryside before reaching the Mediterranean coast.
Over a distance of 13 km, it's easy to reach the port of Carro from Martigues town center thanks to this route designed for cyclists.
Feel free to take breaks at the sandy or pebble beaches you'll encounter along the way.
You're then free to continue your journey towards Sausset-les-Pins, Carry-le-Rouet, and Marseille.
