His background: After having worked in the Maisons de Baumanière (l'Oustau de Baumanière and la Cabro d'or with Michel Hulin), as well as in the capital of gastronomy at the Bistrot du Potager with Franck Delhoum and Floriant Remont, Luc Perey, together with his wife, Céline, took over the family restaurant Le Miroir, which was created in 1980 by his father Alain Perey.
