Traditional restaurant nestled in the heart of the bird mirror with panoramic views of the canals.

You will find a cuisine based on fresh and regional products (even fries !!).

Examples of starters: Homemade foie gras, toasted brioche, raspberry compote / sea bream ceviche, crunchy vegetables, beetroot carpaccio.
Examples of dishes: Filet of John Dory steamed, olive oil, creamy pistachio and curry sauce / Filet of ray, fleur de sel, virgin of crunchy vegetables.
Examples of desserts: Crunchy chocolate, feuillantine, chocolate hazelnut mousse, rose emulsion / Pan-fried brioche like French toast, caramel ice cream.
