L'Hydravion is a restaurant in the heart of the Ile district in Martigues. Enjoy the creative home cooking on the terrace by the water.
The chef suggests dishes such as
- Scallops with sauce vierge, pumpkin mousseline.
- Bavette with pepper sauce and gorgonzola cheese.
- Salmon steak.

The establishment is steeped in history: it was here that Henri Fabre built the world's first seaplane.
