Presentation

Created in 1846 by Félicien Agard, who owned a large part of the former Grands Carmes convent.
This arcade is the busiest and most direct way from Cours Mirabeau to Place du Palais de Justice.

Now an open-air shopping mall, it preserves some architectural elements of the former Church of the Madeleine.

The southern end of the arcade is narrower because Félicien Agard never managed to buy No. 57 of the Cours.

The arcade is closed with grille gates at night.
