Since 1900 and for four generations in Salon-de-Provence, the Marius Fabre soap factory has perpetuated the artisanal production of Marseille soap.

The Marius Fabre soap factory has preserved some of its most precious artifacts: engraved boxwood stamps, tools, early soap molding machines, stencils for shipping crates, old packaging, headed paper, washing boards... Reflecting a very ancient activity that's still very much alive.
Permanent exhibition area: 600m².
Come and discover the authentic atmosphere of our soap factory and its workshops during a guided tour. A moment of exchange and discovery, young and old alike will discover a unique know-how still alive today, handed down from generation to generation in our family.

Tour times
Guided tours take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am and every Wednesday and Saturday at 2:30 pm.
During the school vacations, tours run from Monday to Saturday, at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.
For the summer period from July 10 to September 2
Guided tours from Monday to Saturday. Mornings from 9.45am to 11.15am (departures every 30 minutes) and afternoons from 2.15pm to 5.45pm (departures every 30 minutes).
Open on July 14, August 15 and for the European Heritage Days. Closed on other public holidays.
Pets are not allowed. They remain your responsibility.
