Explore the Colorado of Rustrel, whose grandiose site presents the many hues, from luminous yellow to the deep red, that were extracted by six generations of ochre and iron miners.
From Barriès to Notre-Dame des Anges, the paths lead you among pumps, quarries, streams, sluice gates and settling basins, reminders of the industrial activity of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Rehabilitated in 2008, the job site of Ocre Blanche in Barriès sector of the colorado of Rustrel, can be visited only with a guide who will explain the process from extraction to packaging.
