Presentation

10:00 a.m.: Meet your guide.
Head to the Carro Fish Market. Then continue to the “Pearls” of the Côte Bleue with the villages of La Couronne, Sausset Les Pins and Carry le Rouet, superb seaside resorts.

In Carro, a small authentic fishing port, the fish market is an institution. Every morning, fishermen bring back their precious cargo from the sea, offering visitors the opportunity to taste fresh and tasty produce. The market is a real spectacle for the senses, with its colorful stalls where freshly caught fish, shellfish and crustaceans rub shoulders. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can observe the lively exchanges between the fishermen and the inhabitants of the village.

Not far from there, the village of La Couronne bears witness to a rich past linked to the exploitation of Côte Bleue stone. Strolling through its narrow streets, you discover the vestiges of this ancestral activity. The old stone quarries, now abandoned, offer an unusual and spectacular landscape, where nature has reclaimed its rights. These impressive limestone cliffs are a popular place for walking, offering breathtaking panoramas of the Mediterranean and the islands in the distance.
