Presentation

Georges is a beekeeper and creator of delicacies in Saint-Pierre-Les Martigues.
His bees feast on pollens of rockrose, rosemary, lavender, thyme and oak.
He has obtained the red label and the IGP Miel de Provence.

- Liquid or creamy lavender honey, garrigue honey.
- Gingerbread with lavender honey and Madagascar spices (prepared by Epices Village).
- Marshmallows with lavender honey, soft black nougat with lavender honey, and lavender honey candies.

- At the La Couronne-Carro market (Wednesday and Saturday), at the Jonquières market on Sunday (Esplanade des Belges, in front of the Le Maritima brewery).
- At Miam Local in Saint-Pierre-Les-Martigues.
- At Les Perles de l'étang in Jonquières.
- At Boucherie de l'étable in Jonquières.
- At Spar in Jonquières.
- At Miam Prouvençau in Ferrières.
- At Domaine des Terroirs in Ferrières.

The beehives are installed on land free from pesticide treatments.
