Electric oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, and toaster.

Conservatory with table and chairs, a fold-down double bed with an integrated sofa, and an armchair that converts into a single bed (90 cm).
Reversible air conditioning in both the studio and the conservatory.

Outdoor area: garden table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, electric outdoor grill, water tap with garden hose, garden shed, and umbrella-style clothes drying rack.
Garden shaded by a large tree.

Secure residence with gated access (entry badge required). Private parking space.
