Garden level house with private garden for 4 to 5 people (including children) classified 2* very comfortable, very well equipped.
Our rental is located in Provence, more precisely in Martigues, in a quiet area with individual houses with several shops and amenities.
Martigues is a city that enjoys a privileged location, located about ten kilometers from the seaside, called "the Blue Coast" which includes several seaside villages such as: Carry, Carry le Rouet, Sausset, Carro, la Couronne, Ensuès, Ensuès la Redonne.
In the immediate vicinity of our rental are:
- the FIGUEROLLES park which overlooks part of the Berre pond with an educational farm, a ride on a little train, pony rides, games for children, a relaxation area, the possibility of walking and cycling, treetop adventure courses.
- Julien Olive Park and many other gardens in Martigues (Priory Garden and the edge of the Berre pond)
- the Martigues nautical center (sailing club)
You can park your vehicle, in complete safety, in front of our house along the sidewalk.
This accommodation has reversible air conditioning and is designed for: 4 to 5 people maximum (including children); its surface area is approximately 50 m2, with a separate entrance; it offers good comfort and good equipment.
It consists of:
- a corridor (with wardrobe) leading to an independent bedroom with: a double bed, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a small table.
- a living room with sofa bed, chairs, flat screen TV and a folding, wall-mounted sleeping area, comprising: two bunk beds (1 person).
- a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric chopper, blender, pressure cooker, iron, etc.
- a separate toilet
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit (two sinks), a washing machine (6kgs).
A hairdryer and a bath mat are at your disposal.
Sheets and household linen are not provided.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is "non-smoking" but nothing prevents you from smoking, outside in the garden. You have a private garden of approximately 100m2, with garden furniture, a barbecue and a drying rack.
