Single storey house (60m2), overlooking the Etang de Berre, in a quiet area.
Perfect for a couple with 2 children or for 3 adults.
The 60m² accommodation has a bedroom (with 160cm bed), a living room (with 140cm convertible sofa), a bench seat that can accommodate 1 child (teenager), an equipped kitchen (fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, plancha) and a bathroom.

Outside, an enclosed garden with parking space, and 2 terraces for enjoying your meals in the summer.
A library and board games are available.
Household linen (sheets, towels) is provided.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenants.

The cottage is located 200m from Massane beach, access to Etang de Berre is possible a few steps from the cottage.
