Small semi-detached house with private garden for 4 to 5 people (including children) classified 2* by the Martigues Tourist Office, very comfortable, very well equipped, located 10km from the Côte Bleue (sea, beaches, coves).
Very quiet area, close to all amenities (pharmacy, medical practice, analysis laboratory, physiotherapist, osteopath, dental practice, veterinarian, cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, baker, gas station, electric charging stations). Also nearby: the large Parc de Figuerolles, the Julien Olive sports park, the Tholon Nautical Base.
You can park your vehicle in complete peace in front of the house, along the sidewalk.
The apartment is designed for 4 to 5 people maximum (including children) and has a completely independent entrance.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning and offers very good comfort as well as good equipment:
- On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a toilet overlooking the small garden.
- On the 1st floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen: a dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, electric kettle, classic electric coffee maker, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer and in the extension of the kitchen is the living room with a sofa bed (140/190) and a flat screen TV and wifi internet connection.
- on the 2nd floor: 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190), then a 2nd mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) and adjoining this second bedroom, a bathroom (with large walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a 2nd toilet inside).
We do not provide sheets and linens.
You have at your disposal a bath mat, as well as a hair dryer. The pillows, bolsters and mattresses are all covered with a protective cover or a protective mattress pad. .
You have a part of the garden, where there is a garden furniture, a barbecue and a clothesline.
Animals are not allowed.
This accommodation is a "non-smoking" accommodation. On the other hand, nothing prevents you from smoking outside in the open air.
