Located behind the Court of Appeal, the Fontaine des Lumières is supplied with hot water by the Bagniers spring.
The fountain, located between rue Monclar and rue des Chaudronniers, was designed in 1998 by Jean-Michel Battesti, with the date written on one side in Roman numerals. It consists of a cube mounted on a circular basin.
It is decorated with a gilded bronze star, inspired by the one on the Augustins fountain.
