All participants must be registered, including children aged 0-6.
All children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation policy: If a client is unable to attend the tour, it will not be refunded or rescheduled. Only cancellation of the tour by the organizers due to insufficient participants or other reasons may lead to a possible refund or rescheduling. No refunds will be given to latecomers.
Why is this activity not accessible to everyone?
1. Terrain: Filming takes place in a setting that retains its natural features. The route includes sandy areas (around the famous beach hut) and sloping paths where wheelchairs can get stuck or be difficult to maneuver.
2. Technical obstacles: As this is a television set, some access points (the campsite reception, the bungalows) have high steps or unpaved doorways to maintain the series' aesthetic.
3. Discontinuous route: The visit requires moving through several areas of the site. The lack of a completely paved and flat route makes walking tiring for people with mobility difficulties.
4. Temporary infrastructure: During preparation or filming periods, the site is cluttered with technical equipment, further restricting movement.
Note to fans: If you have slight mobility (able to walk a few meters), the majority of the iconic viewpoints for your souvenir photos (the gate, the golf cart) remain visible from the main paths of the campsite which are accessible by car.
