Presentation

Three routes starting from Le Verdon beach in Martigues, allowing you to enjoy the Mediterranean coastline and the Côte Bleue.
- A 5 km race (loop) starting and finishing at Le Verdon Beach, featuring a unique route set between the sea and the hills.
70m elevation gain; terrain includes sand, dirt paths, and rocky sections. Refreshments provided at the finish line.

- A 10 km race between Le Verdon Beach and Sainte-Croix (out-and-back). The route runs along Cap Couronne and passes the filming locations of the TV series *Camping Paradis*.
130m elevation gain; varied and fairly technical terrain. Water stations at the halfway point and the finish line.

- A 10 km fitness walk passing through four beaches, each with a distinct atmosphere, and featuring a mix of sand, dirt, and rocky terrain. A route offering breathtaking views, set amidst old quarries and the Provençal landscape. Along the way, you will see the filming locations of the TV series *Camping Paradis*.
130m elevation gain; pace and technicality vary with the changing terrain. Water stations at the halfway point and the finish line.
