Presentation

Pescadous! (fishermen in Provençal), join in the most convivial traditional fishing party of the summer! This is a unique day out on the Côte Bleue, not just a demonstration for tourists, but an experience to be enjoyed by all, at sea or on foot.
- 7:00 a.m.: Registration open to all; no license required. Meet at the Fish Market, €5 per person (free for children under 12). Two categories: on foot or by boat.

If you own your own boat, form your crew, but be careful: the total weight of the catch will be divided by the number of fishermen. This way, each participant will be ranked individually.

If you are on foot, the Carro shore offers multiple possibilities. The seashore is teeming with rockfish. The harbor docks allow children to safely catch dozens of gobi (be careful, always under supervision).

- 7:30 a.m.: Off we go!
- 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Return from fishing. The catch is weighed in front of the audience, and you take your catch home with you.
- 6:00 p.m.: Prize giving for all participants and aperitif. No losers, a prize for each participant, and share a friendly drink together! - 7 pm - 11 pm: Fishing Evening: Carro fish soup, fishing screenings and exhibits.

Don't forget: a fishing rod, a hat, cap, or bucket hat, bait (also available for purchase on site), patience, and €5 (with change if possible).
