Presentation

Participate in a 28 km trail run, a 16 km short trail run, and a 9 km untimed walk from the port of Carro to Martigues. Two charity races for Humanépal.
A 9km walk in the hills surrounding Carro, at your own pace (elevation gain), in support of Humanépal.

A 28km trail run and a shorter 16km trail run. The latter follows 90% of the trails and surrounding hills, within a time limit (900m and 350m elevation gain respectively).

Start and finish at the Carro community center. Refreshments will be available at the Col de la Gatasse pass, as well as at the 7km and 21km marks. A teen race is planned at the Carro community center for all participants born between 2016 and 2023.

A friendly gathering will be held with the association "Les Amis de Laprak" (Friends of Laprak), which has been working since 1999 for the development of Nepal, and more specifically the city of Laprak.

Tarifs

One price: 10 to 29 €.

Free entry for children under 10.

Registration before October 18th: €10 for the walk, €16 for the 16km short trail, and €29 for the 28km trail.

Registration after October 18th: €12 for the walk, €19 for the 16km short trail, and €36 for the 28km trail.
