Enjoy a festive meal made from 100% Paysans and Co produce. A country-style meal made with Paysans and Co produce!

This year, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet including:
- Organic breads, chickpeas, and wines from artisan baker Thierry Seren.
- Terrines, charcuterie, and vegetables from the St-Ju farm of Bernard Thoron, a goat farmer.
- Vegetables and fruit juices from Vincent Poncet, market gardener and orchardist.

The buffet will be set up at Vincent's farm, "Les Jardins de Manet."
The meal will be followed by a friendly tour of the farm.

What is Paysans and Co?
- To revitalize small-scale farming in the Saint-Pierre Valley, Saint-Julien-les-Martigues, and surrounding areas.
- Agriculture that is sustainably integrated with respect for people, the environment, and the preservation of the social fabric.
- The association is committed to supporting local production, processing, sales, and consumption.
