Take part in a unique cooking workshop at the Aïoli-Caganis agroecological farm. In the company of Julien, a passionate chef, touch, smell, taste and process the farm's fresh, local produce. See you in Saint-Pierre-les-Martigues.

Here's the programme.
- As soon as you arrive, explore the natural environment with an educational tour of the farm and crops.
- Chef Julien will reveal the techniques, tricks and secrets of his authentic and tasty cuisine.
- Then it's time to get hands-on: guided by the talented chef, learn how to sublimate local produce and transform it into a tasty dish.
- And finally, the icing on the cake: it's time for the tasting! Enjoy the dish you've prepared in a friendly country setting.

An immersive experience where nature, gastronomy and conviviality come together to create unforgettable memories.

- Quality agriculture based on the principle of permaculture. Healthy, local produce with a focus on short distribution channels.
- Producers' village: The first Saturday of the month from 9am to 4pm, starting in April.
- Farm shop: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7pm, Saturday from 9am to 7pm.
