Presentation
Embark on a commented visit to discover the principles of agroforestry. Then participate in a workshop on planting aromatic herbs before sharing a convivial moment over a tasting of local products.
Let yourself be guided into the heart of a simple and genuine sensory experience, with your hands in the soil, on a local farm where everything invites you to slow down. Here, the hustle and bustle of daily life fades away, giving way to a moment of sharing and discovery, close to nature.
At Crinières d’Ange, Evelyne Lopez warmly welcomes you and opens the doors to her world. Alongside her, you will discover agroforestry, an approach that respects natural balances, where crops and the environment thrive in harmony, following the rhythm of the seasons.
As the morning unfolds, you will naturally move from observation to action, and then to the pleasure of tasting.
You will begin with a guided walk through the fields of pomegranate trees and aromatic herbs. Evelyne will share her expertise, tell you about her daily life, and help you understand, simply, the principles of her commitment.
Then comes the moment to get your hands dirty. During a hands-on workshop, you'll participate in planting aromatic herbs—a concrete action, accessible to all, that reconnects you with what truly matters.
The morning continues with a delicious treat in a relaxed atmosphere. You'll sample products from the farm: pomegranate juice and syrup, jellies flavored with verbena or thyme, accompanied by artisanal bread and local goat cheeses. A simple, convivial moment where the flavors tell the story of the land and the work of those who cultivate it.
