Les Fadas de Musique, held on Mondays in the courtyard of L'Île, is a chance for residents and visitors to Martigues to meet some very special artists.
For this quintet, Cathy Heiting, an extraordinary vocalist and composer with a refreshing eclecticism, has invited 4 loyal, passionate and exciting fellow players: Renaud Matchoulian on guitar, Ugo Lemarchand on tenor saxophone and piano, Sylvain Terminiello on double bass and Samuel Bobin on drums.
A colourful, lively and benevolent universe featuring the beauty of his voice accompanied by a top-quality quartet, a zest of irreverent humour and a generous presence, a concert that ‘should be reimbursed by the NHS’, according to his fans!

Cathy has also performed as an opening act for Thomas Dutronc, Michel Legrand, Cecil Mc Lorin Salvant, Didier Lockwood and Sandra N'Kaké. She has collaborated with artists such as Marja Burchart of the group Embryo (on the Franco-German exchange project Passage with Loïs Coeurdeuil), Médéric Collignon, Cyril Benhamou/Tie Break...
