Presentation

The city of Martigues offers several events for the general public focusing on the archaeological discoveries of the Laurons in Martigues.
The MoMarch underwater archaeology training site returns to the Laurons cove to continue its study of the "Laurons 11" shipwreck, from March 23 to April 4.

THE LAURONS 11 WRECK: A SMALL VEHICLE OF REGIONAL TRADITION?
A presentation by Éric Rieth (CNRS, National Maritime Museum) and Marine Sadania (DRASSM) for researchers of the Nautical Archaeology seminar, open to the public.

LAURONS BIOBLITZ.
As part of the Popular ABC program, the Biodiversity Department invites you to a Bioblitz, a citizen science inventory, in the valleys surrounding Laurons.

A WALK TO DISCOVER THE LAURONS.
Meet at the parking lot on the Ponteau road, near the EDF power plant.
The Laurons is more than just a beach with a power plant. It's a preserved landscape, rich in remarkable flora and fauna. It's also a concentration of history, from Antiquity to the Second World War.
