Former dancer of Akhram Khan, Anton Lachky offers a piece which never loses sight of its fundamental theme: the ecological crisis which is hitting today's world. He encourages everyone to act on their own scale: “Let’s stop talking about an ecological crisis. Together: let's dance it! »
The Others tells the story of four isolated characters in a strange world: a plastic hell, completely stripped of any other living being, and surrounded by impenetrable translucent screens. Will its inhabitants manage to emancipate themselves from this dull and devoid existence? Do they really want it? To ward off fate, to thwart boredom, they dance every day. With precision, with fervor, with passion... From chance encounters to stubborn quests, the four friends will perhaps end up committing this crucial act, rebellious among all: marveling at the living.
This show is a stopover on the Grand Tour of La Fédération des Lucioles, a traveling poetic event that extends across the territories, supported by Scènes d’enfance – ASSITEJ France.
