Presentation
A unique exhibition at the Martigues Tourist Office focusing on local fauna and flora.
Biodiversity is the quiet breath of our landscapes. It resides in the flight of a bird, in the light playing on wild grasses, in the murmur of water. Often familiar, sometimes invisible, it nonetheless forms a fragile and essential balance. Every species, every plant, every habitat contributes to this living web that connects sky, earth, and water.
"Biodiversity: Cross-Perspectives on Local Fauna and Flora" is an invitation to take a closer look at this living earth that sustains us. Slow down, observe more closely, rediscover what lives right near us and what we now have a responsibility to protect.
An exhibition produced by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area, Ophélie Cordier, and Planètes Perles.
Around the exhibition:
- Weaving workshop and environmental education. Participate in a creative workshop combining reflection and practice. Explore your relationship with plastic waste, then
learn the basics of weaving to transform recycled materials into unique, thoughtful, and meaningful creations.
- Eco-hike and litter collection. Combine the pleasure of a seaside hike with a concrete action for the environment. Accompanied by the Planète Perles association, explore the coastline to identify and collect litter.
- A fun and educational workshop to understand the challenges of responsible fishing. Using educational and interactive tools, discover fishing techniques and the importance of consuming local and sustainable products.
