Presentation

After La Nuit du Cerf, hosted at Les Salins, the eight virtuoso performers of Cirque Le Roux return with a grandiose scenography the likes of which we rarely see.
Acclaimed during its creation in Paris in autumn 2023, Entre Chiens et Louves plunges us into a historical epic where the intimacy of three female characters living in different eras is revealed: 1870, 1960 and 2022.

Retracing their journeys, the piece is a prodigious excursion through time, going back to the present day. It evokes these collective memories of which we are made, filled with revolts and emancipations which, even today, divide us. The play draws a world full of hope and highlights the forgotten people who are just waiting to exist. Designed like a film where the paintings parade, Entre Chiens et Louves opens the space to the eight artists and takes us on an epic adventure where comedy, spectacular acrobatics and dance numbers combine. This show is a fabulous mirror of human relationships in all their splendor and absurdity.
