- July 07: Resistance in Martigues
This discovery café is an opportunity to discuss the birth, development and actions of the Resistance in Martegal country, from the defeat of June 1940 to the liberation of Provence in August 1944.
A few days before the commemorations of the 78th anniversary of the Fenouillet massacre (June 13, 1944) where 29 patriots, including 8 Martegals, were summarily executed, this meeting makes it possible to approach the circumstances which led to their arrest and to broadcast a short film in their tribute.

By Nicolas Balique, in charge of history and memory of inhabitants.
With the participation of the HM2P association and the Souvenir Français de Martigues.

- July 28: The history of the Etang de Berre
The second largest saltwater pond in Europe, the Etang de Berre bears witness to several thousand years of human activity. From prehistory to contemporary times, the different periods of occupation, which have shaped its environment and its form, make it possible to discover its history.
