In the heart of an extraordinary place, a former lime kiln from the 20th century, the Olive Tree reveals itself to the five senses. Thanks to interactive and audiovisual tools and fun sensory activities, young and old alike will discover the civilization of the Olive Tree. From the biology of the tree to its mythology, from the traditional elaboration of soaps to the use of the oil as fuel for lighting, from the pruning of the olive tree to the harvesting of the fruit, and from the making of the olive oil to the formal exercise of tasting, each step of the tour is an invitation to travel, to see and taste Provence and the Mediterranean.
On the big screen, olive pickers from Provence, Spain, Greece and Lebanon harvest their fruit and bring it to the mill. Once the film is over, stroll among the display cases whose objects evoke the past and present culture of the mythical tree. Or simply sit on a bench and listen to the music of the words that the tree evokes, the stories of travelers and poets.
Because the olive tree is at the heart of Provençal cuisine, a Brémond fils delicatessen boutique completes the visit.
The brand's products are iconic: olive oils from Provence and the Mediterranean, vinegars and balsamics, truffle products, sweets, biscuits, etc.
A whole range of authentic Mediterranean know-how is offered for tasting.
