Presentation

La Bastide des Joncas offers a singing and vibration workshop with Maud Gnidzaz during an afternoon rich in sharing.
If you enjoyed the music of plants, you'll love Maud Gnidzaz's teachings. We invite you to a day of sharing, transmission, and vocal practice, to immerse yourself in the chants of Hildegard von Bingen and their harmonizing qualities, for yourself and those around you.

During this workshop, Maud will offer:

- A lesson on vibrational frequencies
To understand the impact of sound on overall health: body, soul, and spirit.

- A time for receiving sound (sound relaxation)
Lying down, you will receive melodic sequences from Hildegard's chants.

- A vocal and breathing warm-up
Moving the breath in the body and the basics of vocal technique.

- Learning the chants
In small groups and then as a whole class, to integrate the melodic sequences.

- Healing singing circle
Closing the day in a large vibrational circle.

Please bring a yoga mat and something to sit comfortably on.

Tarifs

One price: 90 €.


The workshop costs €90 (excluding meals).
However, a voluntary contribution is suggested, based on your means.
You are welcome to contribute more if you are able, to ensure a fair distribution of participants.

Lunch can be shared with everyone who has brought something, or you can reserve a delicious poke bowl (€17) with dessert and a hot drink, all prepared by our Chef Christine (reservations via the form).
