We took advantage of the European Heritage Days to transport you to the heart of Provence Studios for a visit in high definition! Discover the professions involved in the production of films, series, video clips and advertisements.

With more than 15 film sets, the studio offers 22 hectares of surface area and optimal production conditions. All year round, indoor and outdoor filming takes place in Martigues. We take you with us for an exclusive tour of Provence Studios, one of the biggest filming sites in Europe!

From modular studios to ready-to-shoot sets, Provence Studios makes every effort to meet the needs of the greatest directors. The best ready-to-shoot set is unquestionably a reconstructed prison with its converted cell and secure walkway. This place is very popular during the filming of films, series or rap clips. The choice of a prison is not insignificant. Highly sought after by film crews, this ready-to-use decor considerably facilitates authorization requests. It is not uncommon for teams filming in the region to travel to Martigues to shoot exclusive scenes in these emblematic locations. This was the case of the series "A so long night" (TF1). Another permanent set takes its place year-round at Provence Studios, that of the "La Stagiaire" series (France Télévisions).

Commonly known as Provence Décoration and Provence Costumes, Provence Studios offers the largest stocking of decor and costumes in the South of France. A warehouse on three floors can store furniture, lighting, sports accessories and period furniture. During our visit, we will have the opportunity to talk with the Maratier (JMC) team, which specializes in police and military uniforms and accessories, and in armory from all eras. Heavy helmets, assault rifles, battering rams, dummy weapons, rocket launchers, fake goggles and test tubes are strikingly realistic.

Provence Costumes offers more than 2000 m² for rental. Clémentine (known as Arborealkey) is exhibiting her creations today and sharing her passion for cosplay with us.

 
Armored van, police vehicle, stunt vehicle,... So many game vehicles that are made available by Clap Automobiles. Some visitors will be able to try their hand at the barrel car whose camera is inside the cabin. They will be briefed by Pascal, a professional stuntman who destroyed nearly 4,000 cars during various shoots.
