Blue Coast Playful Hike Sheet
Presentation
To start this fun hike, we'll meet you at the Port of Carro, a fishing village. Wander the village streets, walk along the seaside to discover the stone quarries and reach the large fine sand beach at La Couronne. Between exceptional landscapes, limestone rocks steeped in history and cultural heritage visible only from the coast, you will not be disappointed.
A 6.5 kilometer hike (3h30 walking at your own pace) with no obligation to complete the entire route. Simple motto: have fun!
For 4-6 year olds: A tracing game and drawings to choose from based on the puzzles posed on the theme of the sea and pirates.
For 7-9 year olds: Observation questions and multiple choice questions to fill in a grid and find the final word. Can you discover the identity of the boat's underboss?
For those over 10 years old: Follow the route, complete sentences and count what you observe. Can you find the buildings in the region that were built with stones cut by the quarrymen who lived in Carro?
On the route, you will have the opportunity to see one of the last Semaphores still in operation and the La Couronne Lighthouse made famous for appearing regularly in the television series "Camping Paradis". Swim in the crystal clear water of the largest beach on the Côte Bleue and enjoy a well-deserved ice cream on the fine sand.
