Presentation
The goal of the UMTL is "to manage, stimulate and help promote all activities of a social, cultural, leisure and well-being nature in conjunction with all the public and private actors involved in these sectors ”(statutes - art 3).
An association under the 1901 law, the UMTL provides its members with human and material resources so that everyone has the pleasure of learning new disciplines, perfecting their knowledge, understanding developments in the contemporary world while weaving social link.
The fields covered by the Association are multiple:
- Well-being workshops - Relaxation: Feldenkrais method, Scrabble, Sophrology, Laughter yoga
- Sports activities: Sports walks, Gentle Gymnastics, Nordic walking, Pilates method, Qi Gong, Fitness, Tai chi, Yoga and relaxation
- Artistic workshops: Plastic arts, Choir, Gospel and varieties
- Literary workshops: Writing, Readings and literary analyzes
- Linguistic workshops: English, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Russian
- History of the arts: Modern and contemporary art, Western art, History of cinema, Heritage of Provence
All these activities contribute to well-being and personal development while promoting exchanges and meetings.
We also organize day trips, conferences and convivial moments (relaxing afternoons, concerts, exhibitions, etc.)
