Tourist office

The Martigues tourist office has been developing services for receiving visitors with a disability since 2005. The goal of the “Tourisme & handicap” accreditation undertaken by the tourist office is to offer visitors with a disability the autonomy they aspire to. The tourist office commits to providing reliable information and reactive answers to specific requirements made by visitors wanting freedom of choice and to enjoy their holiday with peace of mind.

This label guarantees an efficient and adapted service for visitors with a disability. It illustrates the city’s quest over several years to make the public domain accessible.

The Martigues tourist office has “Tourisme et Handicap” accreditation for the following criteria:

• Physical disability
• Hearing impairment
• Mental disability
