- Augustin Rouge with notes of red fruits, lemony with a light hint of pepper and exotic fruits. Ideal for a Gers salad or as a duck glaze.
- L'Insulaire produced on the AB-certified island of Porquerolles. With its citrus flavor, this rosé vinegar is perfect for seafood or deglazing white meats.
- Grains de Givre is the fruit of a harvest of all the grains that survived a severe spring frost. With a taste of lemon and cooked exotic fruits, its hint of pepper and ginger is perfect with fish or scallops.
