Ferrigno, the last family-run cannery in the French Mediterranean, offers a selection of artisanal sardines prepared in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, according to the rules of the art. Caught at the perfect time, prepared by hand, and preserved in extra virgin olive oil, Marseille Belles Sardines are available in four typical recipes, to discover or to give as a gift:

- Pescadou: the purest and most traditional recipe, where only olive oil enhances the sardine to reveal its authentic flavor.
Ingredients: Sardines (70%), extra virgin olive oil, water, lemon, garlic, parsley, salt.

- Pastis: a subtle and refined touch of aniseed that evokes the Marseille aperitif and subtly enhances the tender flesh of the fish.
Ingredients: Sardines (70%), extra virgin olive oil, pastis (5%), salt.

- Pitchounette: a mild version, without strong flavors, designed for children and adults, ideal for discovering sardines in a simple way.
Ingredients: Small sardines (70%), extra virgin olive oil, salt.

- Classic in olive oil (Belles de Marseille): the iconic version, delicious and melting, perfect as an aperitif or in cooking.
Ingredients: Sardines (70%), extra virgin olive oil, salt.

On toast, in a Mediterranean salad, with warm potatoes, or in a savory tart.
